I think there are as many standards for what makes a bike cool as there are cyclists. I think everyone should just pursue the bike that they think is cool.
The introduction is not that important, but isn't the bike above cool? I think it's cool. The owner of this bike is Hanson Little . He is a BMX rider and also competes in cyclocross and road races. He is a talented man who even makes his own bicycle bags.
His bike is black, silver and wax (base metal) color scheme. The placement of the silver parts is particularly exquisite. The anodized surface of the handlebars has been removed to reveal the bare silver color.

I used information and imagination to come up with the parts configuration. I don't think you're entirely wrong.
People who ride CRUST BIKES bikes tend to evaluate them based on the parts rather than on the individual parts. It seems like they build their bikes based on how well they look and perform when assembled. It's very helpful to see.
Finally, here is a video of the owner of this bike riding BMX. Very cool. He must be a wonderful person as well. I'd like to meet him someday.
