About Shipping Methods

The shipping method will be determined by our shop and, as a general rule, cannot be selected by the customer.

We do not generally accept requests for specific time slots or dates.

 

About Delivery Times

Generally, your item will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery. (For remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)

However, this does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Thank you for your understanding.

 

About Damage During Shipping

When packaging, we take great care to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box before preparing for shipment.

However, there is a possibility of issues occurring during shipping after delivery, or damage caused by the delivery company.

We ask for your understanding that dents or scratches on the outer box will not interfere with use of the device.
