“Lightning Bolt” arrived!!!

The Lightning Bolt is Crust Bikes' only chromoly frame designed for on-road use. It uses Renoylds 853 tubes, making it a lightweight frame without sacrificing rigidity.

The longer head tube puts the handlebars in a higher position, making it easier to maintain balance even when carrying luggage on a front carrier. The forks have many eyelets to accommodate a variety of carriers. The double-shouldered front forks firmly support the body, giving the impression of being sturdy rather than stiff. Another nice feature is that you can run the wiring through the center when using a dynamo hub. The low BB height and high volume tires provide excellent stability.

The ride is smooth and gentle, and the more you press the pedal the more smoothly you move forward...something that may seem obvious at first glance, but it is achieved at a high level.

Tire capacity is up to 48c. A wide range of tires are available to choose from, from slick tires to block tires.

This versatile frame can be built to suit any rider, from on-road to gravel. Please build it into a cool car that will amaze us.
