STRIDSLAND "Barnacle Lite Fork"
STRIDSLAND's Barnacle Lite Fork is finally in stock.
Compared to the previous "Barnacle Fork," it has fewer dowel holes, making it simpler and lighter.
Matias Stridsland has been developing this dream retro MTB conversion fork for a long time.
Designed to fit 26" MTBs from the '80s and '90s, it's the perfect replacement for rigid or short-travel suspension forks. Compatible with a wide range of racks, mudguards, lights, and cages.
It's perfect for bikepacking or commuting with an old MTB. At first glance, it looks bulky, but with an excellent size of 400mm below the shoulders, it fits very well with an old MTB.
I'm also happy that they make not only the OS but also the 1" version. If you're looking to customize an old MTB frame to be more modern and functional, I highly recommend giving it a try.
It's a fork that can do anything.
It looks like it will be a masterpiece comparable to the Cargo Fork.
