We at Cram Cycle confidently recommend the familiar Neo Rétro ATB "CHUNK", a handmade bike made in Japan.
We received many inquiries, but one of the biggest concerns was that the delivery time was delayed because we had to start production from scratch after receiving an order.
In order to solve this problem and allow more customers to enjoy it, we have finally created the Taiwanese-made "The CHUNK".
The geometry remains the same, but the bike now has hardened, high-strength 4130 chromoly tubing and a thicker top tube, giving it a more solid feel. The change from fillet welding to TIG welding also contributes to this.
It has passed the "ISO City/Trekking" test, but it is not "The CHUNK" mountain bike.
Please note that this bike is not designed for action riding such as downhill or dirt jumping.
"The Chunk" also features a wide range of tire sizes.
26x2.8 inches / 27.5x2.8 inches / 700 x 50c
This allows for a variety of ways to enjoy it.
"ATB for Satoyama riding"
"A commuter bike for relaxed city riding"
"Touring spec with fenders and carriers"
Depending on how it is assembled, it can be used in a variety of ways, making it a highly flexible frame.
We recommend assembling it in a relaxed position for a comfortable ride, but we also encourage you to have fun assembling it with your own creative ideas.
The color lineup is two subdued colors that we chose because we thought they would look great! We think you'll be convinced if you take a look at the completed bike sample in the product image.
We are looking forward to seeing the birth of all your various "The CHUNK"!
